Illinois Growth Enterprises is headquartered in a modern 175,500 square foot flexible production and warehouse facility, located conveniently in the Rockford, Illinois area, just minutes from Interstate access. The facility has work cells devoted to Contract Packaging, Electronic Recycling, Product Assembly as well as Fulfillment and Shipping.
Facility Highlights
- Packaging cells include extensive equipment for working with all common types of packaging: cartons, blister cards, skin cards, shrink-wrapped and thermoformed items, UV sealed clamshells, polybags and more
- Electronic Recycling work areas include substantial floor space, material handling and related systems for receiving, inspection, disassembly and processing of recyclable components
- Product Assembly equipment includes custom die cutters, gluers as well as bench tools
- Production area: 220V 3 phase bus lines throughout
- Filtered air system
- Rack space for 800 pallets
- 5 docks with levelers
