BLISTER PACKAGING


Provides high product visibility with pre-formed clear blisters heat sealed to a printed card.

Literature Assembly

Often a nuisance for many companies, the collating, assembly and shrink wrapping of instruction manuals are perfect tasks for our workers. We have an entire department devoted to this effort for Canon USA and other customers.
 

 


SKIN PACKAGING



Allows full view and feel of the product.

POLY BAGGING



A common choice for packaging of multiple items or single pieces, poly
bagging can be accomplished with clear, opaque or pre-printed bags, with or without labels.

  • 16 Clamco & Sargent polybag sealers, 12"
  • 1 Ampak Maxima bagger/shrink wrapper, 16" x 16"
  • 4 Automated packaging H-100 baggers (1 inline hot stamp) and 3 inline PI-4000 thermal transfer printers)


ULTRAVIOLET SEALING



Seals around the full perimeter of the blister package to avoid tampering and reduce
losses due to shipping damage. Easy to implement with no extra tooling costs.

  • 1 Simpl-Seal™ Ultraviolet Sealer, 13” x 6” conveyor


SHRINK WRAPPING



Protects product with a clear flexible film over a blow molded bottle, card, box or other
formed package structure.

  • 4 Weldotron shrink tunnels, up to 28" wide capacity
  • 1 Shanklin shrink tunnel 18"
  • 5 Weldotron L-bar sealers, up to 30" x 40" capacity
  • 2 Hanagata L-bar sealers, 20" x 40"


BOX & DISPLAY PACKAGING



From small cartons to fabrication of built up pads as well as large corrugated display packs, IGE can handle a broad range of product needs efficiently.
